I have over 30 years experience working with IT. Be it advice, upgrading, repairing, troubleshooting, or consulting. I have extensive experience dealing with Internet; Networking & Web Technologies, mobile tech, laptops, desktops, servers, cloud machines & technologies, printers, IoT gadgets, you name it.
I have worked in a remote administration/support capacity for many years for multiple clients, personal and business and have extensive knowledge of the solutions that can be implemented for secure remote access to remote systems.
I’ve worked for Dell (Portables and Servers), Intel, Acer-America, HP/Compaq, CompuCom, Siemens Global Business Services, EDS, Sears, and several other high-tech firms.
I’m a subject matter expert on many technologies who specializes in thinking outside of the box, and have also done extensive community service working for the Travis County, Texas elections division as both a poll worker, alternate election judge and election judge.
